Madrona Technology—formerly Integrated Contracting—is a trusted provider of strategic I.T. management and technology solutions. Founded by industry veteran Rick McCarter, the company is built on more than three decades of experience engineering, designing, and managing network information systems for organizations ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
Rick’s early career at Intel, Aerojet, and NEC laid the foundation for a deep understanding of complex technology environments. In 2003, he left the corporate world to pursue a more meaningful path—one rooted in personalized service, integrity, and long-term client partnerships. What began as an I.T. support business soon expanded to include audio/video integration, automation systems, surveillance, access control, and structured cabling, reflecting a commitment to comprehensive technology solutions.
Today, Madrona Technology has refined its focus to what Rick does best: proactive, high-level I.T. management for a select group of clients.
